These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the t10bet platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and all betting and gaming activity. Please read them carefully before using t10bet.

t10bet operates exclusively for entertainment purposes and targets adult players aged 21 and above. Participation in online betting and casino gaming carries inherent financial risk. t10bet does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred through the use of its platform beyond the limitations expressly stated in these Terms.
Definitions
- "Account" — the personal t10bet account registered to a single individual User identified by a unique Bangladeshi mobile number.
- "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account comprising real-money deposits and any awarded bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, reload offer, or other incentive provided by t10bet to a Player, subject to separate bonus terms.
- "Game" — any casino title, live dealer table, slot, crash game, or sports betting market made available through the t10bet platform.
- "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful and from which t10bet does not accept registrations.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real money.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
Who may open and use a t10bet account.
Minimum Age: 21 Years
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on t10bet. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. t10bet may request age-verification documentation at any time and will suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement is not satisfied.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on t10bet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, mobile number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Registration Details
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. t10bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be closed without notice and balances forfeited.
Password and Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. t10bet will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify t10bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
2. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). t10bet does not charge a platform-side deposit fee, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own standard transaction fees which are beyond t10bet's control. Deposits are credited to your t10bet balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
Withdrawal Timelines and Conditions
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. t10bet reserves the right to apply additional processing time for withdrawals during periods of high demand, for large withdrawal amounts, or where account verification checks are pending. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the account has completed the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
Return of Funds
As a general anti-money-laundering measure, withdrawals will be directed to the same mobile wallet account used to make the most recent deposit on the account. t10bet reserves the right to request additional identification before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to do so.
Declined Transactions
t10bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where a deposit is made from a payment method not registered in the account holder's own name, where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where applicable regulatory requirements mandate such action. Any refused deposit will be returned to the originating wallet without deduction.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

Placement and Confirmation
A bet or wager is accepted only when the t10bet platform has confirmed it and a unique bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure between placement and confirmation, t10bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Verbal or informal statements of intent to place a bet do not constitute an accepted wager.
Manifest Error Policy
t10bet reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds or on terms that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing feed failure, or human input error, even where such a bet has already been confirmed. t10bet will notify affected Players and return the staked amount to their account balance promptly.
Cricket, Football & Other Sports
Sports betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team cricket fixtures, as well as football, kabaddi, and hockey markets, are offered subject to applicable event rules. In the case of an event being abandoned, postponed beyond twenty-four hours, or declared void by the relevant governing body, t10bet will settle affected bets in accordance with its published market settlement rules.
Payout Limits
t10bet applies maximum single-bet and cumulative payout limits which are published on the platform and may vary by sport, event, market type, and game. t10bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player account at any time without prior notice where it deems this necessary for risk management purposes.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that will result in account suspension or termination.
- Multiple Accounts — Operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or third party acting on your behalf.
- Automated Tools — Using bots, scripts, VPNs to mask location, or any automated software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Bonus Abuse — Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including through low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
- Underage Gambling — Attempting to register or play on behalf of a person under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks — Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile wallet provider after a deposit has been credited and used on the platform.
- Collusion — Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain a strategic advantage not available through independent play.
6. Liability, Amendments & Governing Law

Platform Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t10bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. t10bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of a single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.
Uptime and Interruptions
t10bet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access to any service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages, and events outside t10bet's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. t10bet will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance and to restore services promptly following any unplanned outage.
Changes to These Terms
t10bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the t10bet platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Termination Rights
Either party may close a t10bet account at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. t10bet may close or suspend an account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where required to do so by applicable regulatory obligations. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered mobile wallet following standard verification checks.
